Most of us live life at a pretty frenetic pace these days. At Pengwern we aim to provide a space where you can stop and take a deep breath, have a cup of tea and browse. We have many years experience in the book world, finding books and recommending books, and our goal is to provide a level of personal service that makes time spent at Pengwern a pleasure.

We carry an extensive and diverse range of Fiction, Non-Fiction and Children's books with over 10,000 titles in stock. We also stock Audio Books, Jazz and World Music CDs, DVD's of performers at the Buttermarket in Shrewsbury, cards, booktokens, maps, wallmaps and travel guides.
We also stock a range of Signed First Editions.
